We are currently searching for qualified FOH Shift Leads to join our team

The FOH Shift Lead is a supervisory position in which the candidate will assist area managers with daily tasks and duties to ensure the smooth flow of service and that guest expectations are exceeded.

Job Duties:

·       Work opening shifts and ensure area is properly set up for the day per SOP guidelines

·       Lead pre-shift by gathering the staff together and informing them of any important announcements or pertinent information needed for the shift

·       Write floor plans; assign sections to servers and support staff

·       Perform table touches and check ins with guests; resolve/rectify any guest concerns/issues

·       Supervise staff to ensure the team is executing JAG service standards

·       Perform voids, comps, discounts, overrides, etc.

·       Work mid or swing shifts

·       Communicate or share any important information regarding the shift with managers, chefs, directors, etc.

·       Set a positive example for other staff members to follow

·       Execute any other tasks assigned by management

Abilities & Working Conditions

·       At least 1 year of hospitality industry supervisory experience is preferred.

·       Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

·       Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.

-  May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.

·       Ability to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages

·       Confidently communicate with guests and employees.

·       Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

·       Will work some nights, holidays, and weekends.
