The Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs has an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Senior Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will be assisting with the daily operations of the department and inspecting the guest rooms to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

$18 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the housekeeping staff; providing open communication, training, coaching, and counseling and providing performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the guest rooms, turndown service, public areas, and back of the house; ensure compliance with accident/loss prevention programs, health/sanitation standards, and regulations to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Issue assignments to staff reviewing special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.
  • Issue supplies/goods to staff at the beginning of a shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior hotel housekeeping experience is required.
  • Supervisory, lead, or extensive experience.
  • Strong attention to details.
