Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring all items meet order specifications and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory levels, assisting in maintaining optimal stock and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Product Handling: Handle products with care to ensure they remain in excellent condition throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory using our order management system.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all orders meet our high standards before shipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for order and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
