Position Summary:

As a Part-Time Seasonal Production Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our production operations by supporting machine functions and ensuring the meticulous assembly of documents through automated and manual handling. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Organize, sort, and arrange documents according to specifications, ensuring they are ready for processing or mailing.
  • Hand Assembly Expertise: Perform precise manual assembly tasks including collating, folding, inserting, and labeling documents to meet quality standards.
  • Machine Operation Support: Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery to optimize performance and output.
  • Quality Control Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled documents to uphold standards of accuracy, completeness, and presentation.
