Health Educator

The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 06/30/2025, with a strong chance of extension.
Pay Rate-
$35.15/hr working 40 hours a week

Location: Hybrid - Position will be hybrid, but most of the work will be Telework with periodic meetings with the Training Unit in Los Angeles 90022
Job Duties
- Planning, implementing, directing, coordinating and evaluating community health education programs
- Curriculum development
- Coordination among multi-disciplinary teams to develop trainings and associated educational materials.
- California Law requires a masters degree from a program of study accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health with specialization in public health education, community health education, or equivalent; and
- A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
