Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of progressively more in-depth experience in prospect research, development, fundraising, market research and /or relevant experience
  • Advanced database, data hygiene and researching skills.
  • Ability to deal with confidential matters with tact and sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, juggle tasks as needed, meet short deadlines, and complete projects within specified time limits amidst a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; demonstrated ability to listen, observe and respond to a needs assessment in a positive fashion.
  • Demonstrate the ability to practice and adhere to organizational values, monitor, and apply policies, guidelines, and defined set of rules.
  • Proficiency with Windows environment and standard MS Office suite: Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and complex databases, etc. required.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work well with and through others required.
  • Familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT
