HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will support the Medical and BH professional staff in recruiting, employee relations and engagement perspective.


In this role you will:

  • Perform a leadership role in recruiting, selection, and onboarding new employees.
    Provide advice to client managers on workforce planning and assist in Utilization Review and Position Control Board activities
  • Strategically partner with client managers to design and implement the most effective organizational structures and manage transitions
  • Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to client group managers, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills
  • Provide leadership and expertise in culture, change and HR processes, including talent management and pipeline development, leading organizational change, coaching, and facilitating team performance


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience (e.g. SHRM Accreditation, work experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of HR regulatory requirements including EEO/discrimination standards, ADA, FMLA, Fair Labor Standards Act, NLRA, etc.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to apply good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in Microsoft suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
