About the Role:

Fast-flying, intensely passionate, private aviation company seeks to hire an HR Generalist for our private aircraft and the clients who own/charter them. The Mission for this Position:

SkyShare is looking for an HR Generalist with a high level of enthusiasm, and professionalism to provide an incredible employee experience from first contact to departure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated and equipped for success
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals
  • Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided by departments 
  • Assist with software administration
  • Responsible for iPad setup, inventory, supplies, and tracking
  • Deliver anniversary and birthday emails and gifts
  • Assist with company parties and events
  • Aid in data entry, tracking, and organizing potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers regarding candidates/new hire travel logistics, records, computers, uniforms, and other related duties
  • Assist with orientation for all new employees
  • Assume responsibilities delegated by your supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers license
  • Human Resources experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Administrative experience (preferred, but not required)

Skills:

Compensation:
