- Demonstrated experience supporting over 600 employees across various HR functions.
- Experience in coaching and engaging with diverse roles within the organization.
- Proven track record in developing and executing action plans to cultivate a strong, team-oriented, and positive employee relations atmosphere.
- Experience in facilitating training for employees and supervisors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
