Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000

Responsibilities:

The RevOps Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue processes to drive efficiency and growth. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our dynamic SaaS organization.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Revenue Tracking Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team, accounting department, and development personnel to streamline processes, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, billing, and account set-up.
  • Technology Integration: Work with various tools and platforms to optimize workflow and enhance data accuracy, including HubSpot CRM and accounting & billing systems.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into revenue performance and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes and enhance reporting.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations to propose and implement innovative strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or 1-3 years of experience in Revenue operations or similar combined experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (preferred) and data analysis tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet regular attendance expectations and meet tight deliverables deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Experience with SaaS subscription and usage based contracts
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets and other BI/database tools

This is a fully remote opportunity, however, candidates must reside in the Continental United States and hiring preference is given to candidates who do not reside in California, Hawaii, or Alaska.
