Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBrown Insurance Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Administrator to join our dynamic insurance agency team. As a key member of our personal lines department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent service and support to our valued business clients. Responsibilities:
 
  • Track and enter downloads and resolve those in suspense.
  • Primary back up for receptionist/front desk duties, including roll over calls and covering the front desk if receptionist is out or away from desk for an extended period of time.
  • Attach claims payment and first notices of loss notices/email to client file.
  • Attach correspondence as needed from Customer Service Representatives
  • Assist receptionist with any mortgagee changes/evidences of insurance, payment processing as needed.
  • Process non premium bearing changes and email documents for electronic signature using Formstack
  • Remarket home and auto as requested
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned
  • Document retrieval from carrier websites
  • Inspection Letters – Send to Insd, Follow-Up, Attach, Send to UW
  • Review and handle billing inquires
  • Other tasks as required
Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
