  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support the Ideal State Planning work for our Order Management System (OMS). The successful candidate will collaborate with track leads to drive detailed business requirements and ensure successful project outcomes. This role involves supporting one or more of the following tracks: Customer, Product, Order Flow, Pricing & Promotions, and Billing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Track Leads: Partner with track leads to develop and drive detailed business requirements.
  • Solution Assessment: Compare business requirements to existing systems and solutions, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Business Case Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business case analysis and documentation, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Impact Assessment: Evaluate impacts on existing roadmaps, including potential delays, scope expansion, and acceleration opportunities.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed implementation project plans and resource models to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Communication: Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels.
Ideal Background and Experience:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5-10 years of equivalent work experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an OMS environment.
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to think critically and analyze complex business processes and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Order Management Systems and related technologies.
