AP Health is seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. A successful candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience in cardiac surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a distinguished team that delivers top tier care.

This is NOT a travel, locum, placement, or per diem position. AP Health is not a staffing company.

What you will do:

  • Function as a Surgical Technician in the Operating Room
  • Prepare sterile instrument table for your procedures
  • Assemble supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures
  • Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures
  • Monitor patients throughout the procedure
  • Rotating on call responsibilities

What do you need:

  • 2+ years experience functioning as a Surgical Technician in cardiac surgery
  • 1 year experience with independent call
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist required
  • Active BLS and ACLS
  • 30 minute call range to Delray Beach
