Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOmitron is seeking a highly qualified Training Coordinator candidate to support a technical and operational support services contract. The position is located in Suitland, MD. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the development and execution of the training curriculum for new and current personnel.

*This position is contingent upon contract award*
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing, delivering, updating, and documenting the training procedures and processes for the operations team.
  • Work with the relevant communities to leverage existing training materials to establish the training curriculum where applicable.
  • Working with the Ops lead and Systems Engineer lead, the Training Coordinator will establish the training cadence, including the training necessary to onboard new personnel and refresher training on a TBD basis.
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • US Citizenship required
  • Willingness to submit to a government background investigation
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Experience with developing or updating training procedures and processes
    • Experience with onboarding new personnel

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000, depending on relevant experience, location, and other factors.
