WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, plus weekends.
As our Dental Office Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. From the moment patients walk through our doors, you'll be their guide and support system. You will handle patient scheduling, making sure every appointment is timely and well-coordinated. Your warm and welcoming demeanor at the front desk will set the tone for their visit, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
In addition to receptionist duties, you will verify insurance, assisting patients in understanding their coverage and financial options. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure all patient records are accurate and up-to-date. Account collections will be part of your responsibility, and you'll use your communication skills to discuss payment plans and handle billing inquiries. Every day, you'll collaborate with our professionals to ensure seamless patient care, making a significant impact on their overall experience.
