Job Title: Lead Concierge Manager


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Concierge Manager to join our team. As the Lead Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our concierge team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of concierge staff to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Train and mentor new concierge staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of providing excellent service

- Monitor guest feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Manage the concierge budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints

Requirements:

- 1-year Preferred experience in a concierge or guest services role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
