About the Role

We are searching for a proactive Tools Engineer to lead the development and improvement of tools for our diverse projects. Collaborating with the Art, Design, and Engineering teams, you'll identify and solve workflow inefficiencies. Your role involves designing, implementing, and refining solutions that meet our project goals and timelines, ensuring their smooth integration into the team's workflow. Your work will significantly boost our shared tools and technology, uplifting the creative process for all involved.

Requirements

        • Design and implement tools and pipelines that enhance project workflows, allowing for maximum creativity and efficiency.
        • Oversee the development, deployment, and documentation of these tools.
        • Lead the analysis and improvement of workflows, leveraging team insights and industry trends.
        • Conduct training sessions on new and updated tools, ensuring all team members are proficient.
        • Review and guide engineering contributions, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

      • Skills & Requirements
        • In-depth knowledge of Unity, including editor tools and extensions.
        • Advanced C# skills.
        • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
        • Effective communication skills within a collaborative team environment.
        • Proficient with git and automated build systems.
        • Bonus: Experience in narrative-driven game development.
