The Wicks Denniston Agency is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Professional to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. We are a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative insurance solutions to our clients. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying their insurance needs, and delivering personalized solutions to protect their assets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, providing them with expert guidance and advice. You will be responsible for assessing clients' insurance requirements, offering tailored insurance products, and ensuring their coverage meets their specific needs. You will also have the opportunity to educate clients on various insurance options, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their policies and coverage.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Assess clients' insurance needs and offer personalized insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Educate clients on various insurance products, policy options, and coverage details to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their insurance policies.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Nurture and grow the agency's client base through referrals, networking, and prospecting.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to facilitate efficient communication and follow-up.


Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software and technology platforms.
