Responsibilities

Visitor Reception: Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and direct them appropriately within the office.

Phone Handling: Manage incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.

Office Organization: Maintain the reception area, manage office supplies, and assist in scheduling appointments or meetings.

Data Entry: Input and update information in the system accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
