Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience administering Cisco Unified Communications applications, particularly Call Manager, Unity Connection, Jabber, and WebEx.
- Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP, H.323, and telephony concepts.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other collaboration tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-based communication solutions.
- Experience with scripting and automation for system management tasks.
