Duties:

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms at Everhome Suites, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities to uphold high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to create a visually appealing space.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces.
• Perform laundry duties as needed.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety.

Inspector Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Room Attendants to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Address and rectify any discrepancies or issues identified during inspections.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed.
• Train and mentor new Room Attendants, ensuring they adhere to cleaning protocols.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and resolve any maintenance issues.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating room cleaning assignments.
• Conduct regular meetings with the housekeeping team to provide feedback and address concerns.

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or inspection role.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management practices.
• Familiarity with custodial and industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
