Westaff is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for Waste Management Company in Oxford, MA

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm (may vary)

Pay: $19-20/hour

The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are:

  • Providing great customer service, answer telephones and direct the caller to appropriate associate.
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to company, fax numbers, company website and other related information.
  • Responsible for customer billing, entering and verifying invoices & issuing tickets.
  • Use of excel to make spread sheets, charts, etc.
  • Data manipulation

The requirements of the Administrative Assistant are:

  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
