What You'll Do (Besides Keeping the Pizza Party Going):
Team Support:
Be the right-hand person to our General Manager, helping to lead and support our amazing team. You'll jump in wherever needed, whether it's assisting with training, handling guest concerns, or making sure our pizzas are perfect.
Guest Happiness Hero:
Ensure every guest has a stellar experience from start to finish. Whether it's greeting them with a smile, resolving issues, or just making them feel at home, you'll be a key player in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Operational Sidekick:
Help manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and ordering. You'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure we're always stocked and ready to serve.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness. You'll help ensure our pizzas are as delicious as they are Instagram-worthy, and that our kitchen meets all health and safety standards.
Financial Savvy:
Assist with financial duties like cash handling, reporting, and helping to keep our expenses in check. You'll learn the ropes of managing a successful restaurant, helping us balance the books and the pizzas.
Performance Standards:
- Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves happy and eager to return.
- Team Morale: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where everyone feels valued and energized.
- Operational Efficiency: Support the General Manager in ensuring smooth operations and high standards.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus, but a passion for hospitality is a must
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for resolving issues and building relationships.
- Multitasking Mastery: Able to juggle multiple tasks with ease, all while keeping a cool head and a positive attitude.
- Love for Pizza: A genuine love for pizza and a desire to be part of a team that shares that passion.
