The Senior Manager, Global HR Operations will support and assist in leading the growth of the Human Resources department and greater organization. This role is responsible for leading and managing HR operations to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services. The role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals, and compliance with applicable local regulations. The position requires a strong understanding of growth-minded HR practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage complex HR operations in a growth industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to build strategic inter-departmental relationships to ensure project success.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain HR systems, tools, and processes that support efficient HR service delivery.
  • Manage and administer company benefits and employee leave.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the analysis and implementation of compensation structures necessary for workforce growth and continued talent acquisition.
  • Development of manager training to ensure a mature management base.
  • Support Senior Director, Human Resources in the creation and execution of employee performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Maintain company policies and Handbook to ensure fairness and compliance with relevant local regulations and best HR practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing complex HR projects and initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in HR operations, with a focus on growth.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional Human Resources certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant Human Resources and management experience.
  • Highly proficient with ADP and Microsoft Office Suite
