Position Overview

At Big Stone Therapies, you're part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun.  We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to add to our team at Annandale Health & Community Services in Annandale, MN. 

This position will work in a variety of settings including SNF/LTC, ALF/ILF, and Outpatient.  This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 32-40 hours per week (0.80-1.0 FTE), Monday through Friday.

We are seeking candidates with experience or interest in building a patient caseload, strong passion for working with older adults, and desire to have variety and flexibility in schedule.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, PTA licensing in Minnesota.
