Job DescriptionJob Description

Our fast-paced general practice is seeking a full-time or part-time receptionist and dental assistant. The majority of our patients are Chinese-speaking. It is preferred that the candidate speaks Chinese (Mandarin). Candidate should also have a positive attitude, good customer service skills, is a good team player and has leadership qualities.

Experience is preferred, but we offer training to new employees. Green card is also required.

Some Receptionist responsibilities include:

-Entering insurance claims and approvals

-Understanding the different dental insurances we accept at this office.

-Familiar with Dentrix, dental insurance, dental terminology.

-Check in and Check out patients

-Schedule appointments & call to confirm appointments
