Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls for the Service Department while providing basic information when needed
  • Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Assist Service Advisors when needed to execute customer payments

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outgoing and positive demeanor

  • Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility

  • Able to clear a pre-employment background check
