Who we are looking for:

We are seeking passionate and unique Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join us at Invicta. The perfect candidate is unique, fun-loving, authentic, shares our passion for providing access to quality mental health care, and thrives in a culture that emphasizes flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance and determination. We see students on school campuses with White Settlement ISD, Weatherford ISD, and Fort Worth ISD. 

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • MUST have masters level degree in counseling with the associated licensure. 
  • Prefer candidates be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of Texas license, Interim / Temporary are permitted
  • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Prefer a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
  • Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels


Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Invicta staff, and school staff as needed
