Manufacturing Engineer

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will assume a central role in scrutinizing and evaluating manufacturing processes, with a core emphasis on bolstering efficiency and productivity. Drawing upon your technical proficiency in part manufacturing materials, tooling, and equipment, you will lead the charge in devising innovative solutions and enhancements. Through meticulous analysis and strategic planning, you will pinpoint areas ripe for refinement, optimizing manufacturing methods, tooling, and processes. Your efforts will culminate in driving operational excellence, propelling the organization towards its overarching objectives.

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment and processes thoroughly, providing recommendations for enhancement.
• Design, execute, and validate improvements to existing equipment and processes, ensuring efficacy and reliability.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Uphold stringent safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards across all equipment and processes.
• Guarantee equipment and processes consistently meet quality and regulatory standards, maintaining product integrity.
• Contribute to tool design verification processes, ensuring robustness and functionality.
• Collaborate effectively within multiple project teams, demonstrating autonomy when required.
• Achieve project objectives within specified timelines and budgets, delivering tangible results.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process, aligning with New Concept Technology's objectives.
• Abide by the internal and external audit procedures of IATF 16949 and Medical 13485 standards.
• Adhere to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to uphold product quality and integrity.
• Abide by ethical guidelines, demonstrating proper conduct and adhering to anti-bribery protocols.
• Execute the Product Development and Document Change procedures competently.
• Support the Supplier Management process to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Develop standardized practices for engineering processes to promote consistency and efficiency.
• Exhibit leadership proficiency in addressing customer-specific requirements effectively.
• Understand and address different special characteristics, identifiers, and specific requirements comprehensively.

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have at least 3 years' experience in Machine Tool Technology and Tooling Fabrication.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or 3D modeling software is essential.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Performance-driven individual with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.
