We are seeking an experienced baker for breads, pastries, working our sandwich line, and some prep work, with previous experience in a bakery or restaurant. We are looking for part-time and full-time candidates. Shift starts for 5AM .

Baker responsibilities

  • Scaling ingredients
  • Mixing
  • Bread shaping
  • Baking
  • Cleaning
  • Some pastry work is also required, including cakes, brioche donuts and cinnamon rolls.
  • Some savory prep and line work is required.
  • Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening
  • Dishwashing as needed is expected from all members of team

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with bread baking preferred
  • Ability to read and follow recipes
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Speed and sense of urgency
  • Ability to get along well with others and a strong sense of team work
