Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nighttime Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Nighttime Baker, you will be responsible for baking the majority of our fresh bread and pastries each night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bake bread and pastries according to Panera Bread standards
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Partner with Cafe Management and fellow associates to ensure a smooth operation
  • Represent Panera Bread's Concept Essence and cultural values daily
  • Perform other activities as needed, such as stocking, prep, and sanitation

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a bakery environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m. may vary)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Minimum age 18 years
