We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving new business growth by identifying and generating new business leads for our Restaurant Sales and Event platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and business development within the software/SaaS industry.

This position is open for remote candidates eligible to work in the United States. If a candidate is local to our Concord MA office, this will be a hybrid position.

What you will do:

  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outbound prospecting efforts.

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage with potential clients and qualify leads.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tripleseat’s product offerings, value propositions, and target market.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve lead generation efforts.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably within the SaaS industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating high-quality leads.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with the restaurant, hospitality, or event management industries is a plus.
