Job Title: Expeditor Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Food & Beverage Managers FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary

The expeditor position is responsible for setting up stations on the food line, prepare food trays for runners, communication with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Get supplies needed for the shift
• Attend cue call
• Tray up food according to servers and tables.
• Make sure food gets to the proper station in dining room.
• Clean and maintain station throughout service.
• Communicate any inquiries, special requests, complaints/compliments to Food & Beverage Manager on duty.
• Work as a team member and assist co-workers when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skill Set Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a high stress environment.
• Ability to multi-task and speak loudly.
• Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• While performing the duties the employee is regularly required to stand, or walk, reach/carry with hands and arms and must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
