EXPERIENCED DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of dental supervisory or management experience
  • Computer proficiency and ability to use Eaglesoft
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and conflict resolution skills

5+ years of relevant experience would be preferred for this administrative role.


WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR EXPERIENCED DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER

Our clinic is open from Monday - Wednesday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm and Thursday, 6:50 am - 3:00 pm. Every week has a 3-day weekend

In this administrative position, you keep our practice operating smoothly and ensure our patients are satisfied with our dentistry services. Every day, you handle essential matters such as distributing payroll checks, maintaining appointment calendars, conducting employee performance reviews, and managing schedules during unexpected employee absences or dental emergencies.

You work seamlessly with our team to contribute to smooth workdays and ensure all employees follow relevant laws and regulations. Thinking strategically, you also help maintain our budget by implementing effective cost-cutting measures. Your customer service skills shine as you explain treatment plans to patients, collect payments, and resolve any issues. You maintain our records, verify insurance, and create detailed reports to help keep us on track and ensure we can continue to serve our patients
