As a Business Office Assistant, your primary purpose will e to provide oversight of the community's business and accounting department. You'll monitor general ledger (G/L) accounts and assist in the coding of invoices with the correct G/L expense account numbers, ensure that resident funds are maintained in accordance with current federal and state guidelines, and assist with maintaining record storage inventory and monitor storage requirements. You'll also assist with the ordering of office supplies, business cards, stationery and other office related materials; as well as, oversee accounts payable, petty cash, bank deposits, and required documentation for the cost reimbursement reports.


  • Starts at $18.00/hr and goes up based on experience
  • Part-Time, 20hrs per week to allow for work/life balance

What You Need:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years accounts payable experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) strongly preferred
