JOB OVERVIEW:

Costa Vida is seeking an outgoing, sales-oriented, and self-motivated Catering Sales/Event Coordinator to work a open availability and interact directly with our hungry business customers. This position makes a competitive hourly wage of $16/hr plus tips. Your availability will be between the hours of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, sometimes earlier, sometimes later, but typically working day shifts, working 35-40 hours a week with possible split shifts. The Catering Sales/Event Coordinator will be in charge of making sales, building customer relationships, following up on communication, taking, executing, and delivering catering orders. They will showcase Costa Vida in an amazing way outside of the store and deliver a great guest experience. They will use their personality, great presentation, and our amazing food, to make each catering customer a loyal customer.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CATERING SALES COORDINATOR

As our Restaurant Catering Sales Coordinator, you arrive each day with the delivery of the ultimate guest experience at the forefront of your tasks. After all, it is our customer service that keeps us in business- the food helps too. You will be responsible for building a clientele in your area, driving sales goals according to the plan of your home location, customer retention, delivering catering orders, service, and presentation of our Mexican-inspired fresh food. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure that food meets our brand safety guidelines. You help to deliver savory results to our customers In doing so, you complete tasks and produce quality work, and beat the clock while you are at it. You understand that to take our hungry customers on a trip to the coast, it takes a great deal of teamwork. A positive attitude, dependability, and punctuality make your customer service duties as a Catering Sales Coordinator enjoyable.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness to learn
  • An active food handler permits (or can obtain before work duties begin)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Required driver's License and clean driving record

Compensation: starting at $14-$16/hour
