Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing memberships, driving referrals, and executing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and drive client engagement.
  • Manage and grow the membership program, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and execute referral programs to attract new clients through word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.
  • Coordinate and attend events, both virtual and in-person, to promote our brand and services.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Strong understanding of membership and referral program management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
