Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Designs and implements enhancements to the Company’s training, learning, and development programs.

  • Designs and facilitates training sessions that cater to the specific needs of various roles within the organization to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Regularly review and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture and processes, including administering 30-60-90 day plans to track progress.
  • Creates, sources, and curates high-quality training materials that are accessible online, ensuring they meet the learning needs of employees across different departments.
  • Identifies and coordinates with external training providers to meet specific training needs as requested by various teams.
  • Manages and executes comprehensive development programs aimed at enhancing employees' professional growth and preparing them for future roles within the company.
  • Designs and implements targeted development initiatives for current and potential leaders to build a robust leadership pipeline.

Monitors and enhances the performance management process and executes tactical delivery.

  • Continuously monitors the performance management process to ensure it is effective, fair, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversees the entire performance review cycle, ensuring timely completion and providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Establishes and executes a regular cadence for organizational performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Responsible for driving and administering the Company’s employee engagement strategy.

  • Promotes the use of the company's rewards and recognition platform to motivate and acknowledge employee contributions and executes enhancements to the Company’s engagement strategy.
  • Works with Social Committee to organize engaging events, both virtual and on-site, to foster a positive work environment and enhance team cohesion.

Owns the application and maintenance of HR technologies related to training, learning, development, and engagement.

  • Oversees and optimizes the use of technologies related to performance management, learning management systems, and employee engagement platforms to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
  • Implements and consolidates technologies, as needed.
  • Maintains EDI feeds of technologies.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in training, learning, development, and performance management
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • CPTM, CPT, CTDP certification or similar, preferred
