Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients exceed their goals.
  • Document sessions according to company guidelines.
Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Active Illinois license (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC)
  • Experience with DA, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Experience with all ages; children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:


  • Existing client load and community connections
  • Experience with couples and families
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation
