Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Required qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling , or mental health-related field, required
- Master’s Degree in a mental health/behavioral health field, preferred.
- LCSW, LMHC. Or licensed Psychologist preferred
- Previous work in a treatment environment with substance abuse/mental health disorders
preferred. - 2 years post-licensure preferred
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training or must be obtained
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops rapport with patients on the unit, and handles questions/issues and problem solves
- Assists therapists with visits, follow-ups, and interventions as directed
- Assists the unit with tasks as directed
- Helps orient new patients and conducts family calls, as needed
- Conducts mental health check-ins (If licensed)
- Conducts some group time in the residential locations
- Assists with interventions and AMA blocks, as needed
- Obtains required information for documentation, records, or other needs, as directed.
- Maintains documentation according to facility standards
