Pause Wellness Center, Inc. is actively seeking outpatient mental health therapists who hold a license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) or are working towards obtaining one.   • Base salary with commission bonus after 90 days, with potential for salary increase
  • Ongoing support and weekly case consultation meetings with individual supervision
Compensation:

$70,000 at plan based on licensure

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake sessions with clients to assess and diagnose their mental health needs
  • Deliver customized mental health services to individuals of different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Adhere to regulations and policies by accurately documenting client information
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and engage in case consultations to ensure effective collaboration and support
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week, offering flexibility in work hours for individuals who prefer working later in the day
  • Collaborate with practice staff and external professionals to enhance client care and outcomes
  • Foster clear and effective communication with both clients and colleagues
  • Ensure timely submission of required paperwork
Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are required for this position
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • A master's degree in the mental health field is a must-have qualification
  • Previous experience in outpatient therapy is preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices is necessary
  • Flexibility to work nights or weekends is required
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is important
  • Must possess the capability to learn and understand technology with moderate ease
