Primary functions of the Position:

Assist & guide clients to plan and organize catered events that ideally meet their special needs. Interact with Director of Sales and others to ensure that the guest’s expectations are met and exceeded.

Job Responsibilities:

*Accurately follow our system for function contracts and payment schedules.
*Inspect final arrangements at events: may be present to oversee and assist in the actual service and greeting of guests.

*Brief Event Manager of guests needs and interests at functions and review feedback of every event

*Coordinate with the Operations Manager, Chef, and Event Managers about needs and expectations for each event.

*Maintain current and accurate files and calendar items.

*Develop relationships with Venue Managers, including but limited to, on-site meetings, 2-3 times a year along with phone appointments to derive feedback on Peppers and improve business referrals and client satisfaction.

*Solicit new business accounts continuously.

*Represent Peppers at Community Events and seek promotional opportunities. Follow up with leads.

*Represent Peppers and yourself at Networking Events on a monthly basis to continuously feed your pipeline. Follow up with leads.

*Regularly communicate with the Director of Sales about sales performance and difficulties, seeking continuous development and improvement.

*Keep management informed by submitting Event Accountability Re-cap forms after each event.

*Consistently maintain Peppers mission statement to meet or exceed client’s expectations.

Skills/Qualifications:

Seeking highly motivated experienced sales professional with a strong work ethic that delivers results. You should have 2-5 years of sales experience within the food industry. A professional appearance, excellent communication, computer, and presentation skills and able to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year plus commission
