Responsibilities:
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

  • Strategic Showcasing: Efficiently organize and conduct property showings, leveraging your market acumen to highlight each home's unique appeal. Your ability to bring out the best in each property will be instrumental in engaging potential buyers.
  • Market Insight: Equip potential buyers with in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, ensuring they make informed decisions. Your expertise will guide them through the complexities of market trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics.
  • Lead Engagement: Proactively engage with pre-qualified leads, delving into their specific needs and preferences to identify properties that align with their aspirations. Qualifications:
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends

Refined Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional: A valid Real Estate License is essential, affirming your legal and professional capability to list and sell properties within the industry's regulatory framework.
  • Listing Experience: Preferably over 1 year of dedicated experience as a listing agent or in a role with significant exposure to property listings, highlighting your proficiency in preparing, marketing, and selling properties.
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree highly preferred, underscoring the value of a solid educational foundation in developing critical thinking and advanced negotiation skills pertinent to listing and selling properties.
  • Sales Track Record: A proven history of successful property listings and sales, showcasing your ability to effectively market properties, attract potential buyers, and navigate complex negotiations to close deals.
  • Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends, demonstrating your ability to price properties competitively, advise sellers accurately, and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Mobility: A valid U.S. driver’s license and the capacity to travel by car, ensuring you can efficiently manage and visit listings, meet with sellers, and conduct market research across various locations.
