JOB LOCATION – Sheboygan, WI.
STARTING DATE – Immediate.
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-hire or direct-hire.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-time.
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st shift.
STARTING PAY – $19-$23/hour.
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The production lead is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and complete to their expectations.
Manage employee and machine resources to meet customer expectations including meeting reporting production KPIs set by management.
Streamline production processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Resolve potential employee conflicts and mentor new employees for successful integration.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Monitor production to resolve delivery and/or quality issues.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
Work with the production team to ensure continued improvement in production.
Lead and participate in health and safety initiatives to ensure we maintain plant safety for all employees.
