As a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, we pride ourselves on our ability to find and place highly skilled professionals in various industries. In this role, the Field Compliance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and policies in field operations. The successful candidate will work closely with field personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and develop and implement safety programs and procedures.
If you are selected, the job location would be Onsite at Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety programs and procedures
- Perform regular inspections and audits to assess compliance and identify hazards
- Provide training and support to field personnel on health and safety practices
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in health and safety compliance in the oil and energy industry
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits
- Experience in incident investigation and corrective action implementation
