Job Summary:
As an Automotive Technician (A-Level), you will be a vital asset in maintaining the performance and safety of vehicles by conducting diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Your expertise and skill set will be crucial in diagnosing complex issues, executing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

        1.      Perform advanced diagnostic tests to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
        2.      Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to assess overall condition and identify potential problems.
        3.      Execute a wide range of repairs and replacements on automotive components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and electrical systems.
        4.      Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and rectify vehicle issues.
        5.      Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations, provide cost estimates, and address any concerns.
        6.      Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and technical specifications when performing repairs and maintenance procedures.
        7.      Stay updated on the latest automotive technology, diagnostic techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
        8.      Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance procedures, and parts inventory using digital systems or manual documentation.
        9.      Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to uphold a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Requirements:

        1.      High school diploma or equivalent.
        2.      Completion of a formal automotive technician training program or apprenticeship.
        3.      ASE certification as an A-level technician (required).
        4.      Proven experience as an automotive technician, demonstrating proficiency in advanced diagnostic and repair techniques.
        5.      Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
        6.      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
        7.      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
        8.      Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
        9.      Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
