Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate customer database of all documentation, including but not limited to contact information, contracts, cancelations, and amendments
  • Follow established procedures for processing and posting cash receipts
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries regarding overdue payments
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Collect data and prepare weekly metric reports for management
  • File liens as necessary
  • Generate and distribute invoices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytic and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of deadlines
  • Ability to effectively prioritize

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting is preferred but not required, as well as any relevant certification
  • Experience:
    • A/R Collections, 3 years (Required)
    • Microsoft Excel, 3 years (Required)

Position:

  • The Accounts Receivable Specialist is an in-office position in New Port Richey.
  • $18.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience
  • Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
