Home Health Agency has IMMEDIATE need for a PRN Registered Nurse

Registered nurse will complete admission and follow on assessments for clients in the clients home.

Complete care plan that will be followed by the caregivers. Document assessment findings.

Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures as needed.

Assures quality of care by developing and interpreting the standards of care, enforcing adherence to federal, state and local regulations • Supervision of clinical staff.

You will work one-on-one with patients in their own home.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have active RN license (State of GA )

· Must have reliable transportation and valid GA driver's license

· Must have current CPR/BLS Certification

· Must Have Negative TB result within the last year or chest x-ray within 3 years

· Must be caring and compassionate

Experience working in a Home health agency, Assisted living facility or nursing home preferred but not required
