Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all HR functions, including:

    • Benefits administration and development
    • Recruitment and talent acquisition
    • Organizational development and change management
    • Training and employee development
    • Performance management and coaching
    • Policy design, implementation, and compliance

  • Partner with firm leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent

  • Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

  • Manage HR budget and ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level HR experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proven track record of success in all areas of HR, including the functions listed above
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of staff
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software programs
