LÍDER DE EQUIPO DE PAISAJISMO

LÍDER DEL EQUIPO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DE PAISAJES

Resumen: Con la guía del Superintendente y/o Gerente de Proyecto, supervisa la operación eficiente y la instalación de diseños de Paisaje mientras opera dentro de las pautas presupuestarias. Trabaja en cooperación con el departamento del Departamento de Diseño del Paisaje, el Estimador, el Comprador, el Gerente de Instalaciones y el Gerente de Viveros, con la satisfacción del cliente de calidad como máxima prioridad. Responsable de instalar material vegetal y material de paisaje de manera profesional de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar de EMI. Administre los sitios de trabajo diariamente y proporcione dirección de trabajo para los trabajadores de la tripulación. Responsable de la operación del vehículo, la operación del equipo y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos por EMI. Así como realizar las siguientes funciones.

Los deberes y responsabilidades incluyen lo siguiente. Se pueden asignar otras funciones.

  • Capacita a los miembros de la tripulación para operar correctamente y de manera segura todos los equipos.
  • Coordine y priorice el horario de trabajo diario con Project Manager. *
  • Obtiene la documentación pertinente y los archivos de trabajo antes de comenzar cualquier trabajo nuevo. *
  • Complete todo el papeleo diario, es decir, hojas de tiempo, tickets de T&M, informes de campo, informes de accidentes y cualquier otro papeleo aplicable. *
  • Mantiene el inventario de herramientas y coordina los daños del equipo con el Gerente de Proyecto. *
  • Mantiene todo el equipo asignado a su tripulación, que incluye engrase, limpieza de chequeos de fluidos y monitoreo de las necesidades de mantenimiento preventivo. *
  • Lleva a cabo todas las reuniones de seguridad en el portón trasero según lo prescrito por el Gerente de Seguridad. *
  • Hace cumplir y apoya todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa en todo momento. *
  • Ayuda al Gerente de Proyecto a identificar ventas adicionales. *
  • Supervisa el control diario de calidad del sitio de trabajo. *
  • Se comunica diariamente con el Gerente de Proyecto. *
  • Prepara y planifica el trabajo del día siguiente. *
  • Evalúa a los miembros de la tripulación y certifica las tareas individuales de entrenamiento. *
  • Gestiona y delega responsabilidades. *
  • Completa la reparación básica del equipo cuando es necesario. *

Demandas físicas:

Las demandas físicas descritas aquí son representativas de las que debe cumplir un empleado para realizar con éxito las funciones esenciales de este trabajo. Se pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales.

El empleado debe levantar y/o mover con frecuencia hasta 50 libras. Mientras realiza los deberes de este trabajo, el empleado debe estar de pie regularmente; caminar; usar las manos; alcanzar con las manos y los brazos; sentarse; agacharse, arrodillarse, agacharse o gatear y escuchar. Con frecuencia se requiere que el empleado hable.

Esta posición es responsable del mantenimiento del sitio de manera profesional de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar de EMI. El empleado debe proporcionar dirección de trabajo para los trabajadores de la tripulación. Son responsables de la operación del vehículo, la operación del equipo y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos por EMI. Deben tener conocimientos básicos de materiales de plantas y paisajes, técnicas de construcción relacionadas con el paisaje comercial y residencial y la instalación de paisajes duros y la capacidad de operar equipos pesados.
